Terms of Service
Last updated 5 October 2026
These terms govern your use of Housing by Platform.SG
(housing.platform.sg), operated by
Platform.SG ("we", "us"). By using the service you
agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. What the service is
Housing presents Singapore residential property transaction data on a map, with search, filtering and comparison tools. It is an information and analysis tool. It is not a valuation service, not a property agency, and not financial, investment, legal or tax advice.
2. Accounts
Some features require an account, created by signing in with a supported provider. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms.
3. Access tiers and usage limits
Access is tiered. Some capabilities are available to everyone and some require an account. Each tier carries usage limits, which exist to keep the service available and to prevent abuse. We may adjust these limits.
4. Cost
The service is currently provided free of charge. We do not charge for access, and there is nothing to buy. If that ever changes we will update these terms and make the change clear before it applies to you.
5. Data sources and accuracy — please read
The property data shown comes from more than one source, on different terms.
Public datasets
Most of the data is derived from public datasets published by Singapore government agencies through data.gov.sg and the Urban Redevelopment Authority's Data Service, and made available under the Singapore Open Data Licence. We currently use:

General
Map and location data is provided by OneMap, © Singapore Land Authority. The agencies above are the sources of the underlying data; they do not endorse this service, and are not responsible for how we present or interpret their data.
We process, group and present that data, and both the source data and our processing of it can contain errors, gaps and delays. Records may be incomplete, out of date, or grouped in a way that does not match how you would group them.
The service is provided "as is". We make no warranty that any figure, trend, grouping or comparison is accurate, complete or current, and you must not rely on it as the basis for a property purchase, sale, valuation, financing or other financial decision. Verify anything that matters against the original source and take professional advice.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- scrape, bulk-download or systematically extract data from the service;
- resell, redistribute or sublicense the data or access to it;
- circumvent usage limits, tier restrictions or authentication;
- interfere with the service's operation or security, or use it unlawfully.
7. Intellectual property
The underlying public data remains subject to its own licences. The service itself — its software, presentation, derived groupings and analysis — remains ours. Your account gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use the service under these terms, and nothing more.
8. Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service may be unavailable for maintenance, or because of failures in systems we depend on. We may change or discontinue features.
9. Limitation of liability
The service is provided free of charge, and on the "as is" basis set out in section 5. You use it, and rely on anything in it, at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, we accept no liability to you arising from your use of the service, from your inability to use it, or from any decision you make in reliance on it. This includes direct loss, indirect or consequential loss, and loss of profit, opportunity, savings or data, whether the claim is brought in contract, in negligence or otherwise, and whether or not we were told such loss was possible.
Some liability cannot lawfully be excluded — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and for fraud. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits that liability, and where liability cannot be excluded it is limited to the minimum the law allows.
10. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect and how we handle it, and forms part of these terms.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top reflects the current version, and material changes will be notified through the service. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction.
